Varietal: 100% Syrah
Wine Making: The harvest started mid-September when the grapes reached full maturity. The wine making is traditional with up to 3 weeks of maceration to extract sufficient tannins for the structure while maintaining a smooth texture.
Color – bright ruby red color with purple shades.
Nose – Pronounced aromas of spices (black pepper, nutmeg).
Mouth – Nice attack, a texture sublimated by soft tannins. An elegant, full-bodied and balanced wine.
Food Pairing: BBQ meat, grilled river fish or strong cheeses. Best served at 15°C/62°F.
