Varietal: 80% Grenache Noir 10% Syrah 10% Carignan noir
Vinification Partially manual harvesting of the harvest at optimum maturity with sorting at the plot. The grapes are de-stemmed and fermented in a traditional way in concrete vats for 25 to 30 days. Aging 8 months in vats before bottling Terroir Coming from plots located on the Cazelles plateau whose soil consists mainly of limestone chips, and the lower part of the farm consists of alluvium and pebbles rolled.
Nose – Spicy, cherry
Mouth – An excellent balance, the melted tannins, which are said to be grainy, licorice finish
