Varietal: 75 % Syrah, 25 % Grenache Noir
Wine Making: Mass selection, integrated control, Manual harvesting with double sorting of the harvest before and after destemming Malolactic fermentation in barrels. Ageing for 15 months
Color – Dark color, purple hues.
Nose – black fruits, juicy notes of scrubland, cedar wood, tobacco
Mouth – rise in power, silky tannins, fat, long, final on the fruit and spices.
Food Pairing: Goes well with beef stew, grilled duck, roasted chicken with rosemary and garlic or veal with wild mushrooms
Ageing potential : 10-15 years
Serving suggestions : Temperature: 18°C, Serve in a large glass, or decant bottle
