Varietal: 100% Cabernet Franc
Wine Making: Caution harvest by hand in order to keep whole grapes. The vinification is made in thermo-regulated inox vats after a 12 to 18 days maceration which gives the maximum extraction of aromas. Store for small part in old wood casks, but mostly in stainless steel vats, then assembled.
Tasting Notes: Typical and intense Cabernet smell followed by a remarkable roundness in mouth. Fruity notes of raspberries, Most appreciated for its «feminine touch» made of delicacy and elegance.
