Wine Making: The grapes are harvested at optimum maturity. They are then destemmed; Maceration from 18 to 20 days with a perfect control of the temperature and a gentle extraction of the various aromatic and polyphenolic compounds (reassembly and shedding).
Color – Reflections of brilliant black
Nose – cinnamon and spices
Mouth – very concentrated in candied red fruits (strawberry jam) is round and balanced, we find in the final notes of spices (vanilla, pepper). The tannins still young will ensure a good longevity.
