Temperature controlled maceration and fermentation.
Raised in oak casks for 20 months to allow a subtle refinement of tannins.
Aging for 2 years in big barrels, then 2 more years in bottle before being released.
This wine is built around the grape variety of the appellation Mourvèdre which gives it the power and scale but especially the character and the character of Bandol. Its assembly with Grenache and Carignan makes a wine of rare

Nose – ripe and jammy red fruits, licorice, undergrowth and spices.
Palate – complexity, mouth is full, long and persistent supported by a beautiful structure. The final is long and tasty on fine, silky tannins.
