Varietal: 100% Chardonnay
Wine Making: Pressed by pneumatic press is light and controlled. Alcholic formation is done at low temperature on fine lees, in barrel. Oak barrel ageing lasts from 12-15 months, with regular malolactic fermentation
Tasting Notes: Fruity and full of life. This is a classical white Burgundy and a good entry level wine.
Color – Golden yellow with a greenish glint.
Nose – The aromas are reminiscent of fresh grape and green almond
Mouth – Elegant texture and a lovely finish
