Varietal: 100% Chardonnay
Vinification : Made from grapes bought from local winegrowers, the clusters are pneumatically pressed and the juice statically settled over a 12 hour period. The clear juices are then transferred to stainless steel containers for alcoholic and malolactic fermentation.
Aged in stainless steel on lees until bottling.
