Vinification:The effervence is the result of a second fermentation in closed vats, obtained thanks to selected strains of cultured yeast from the Oenological Institute of Champagne. This all process is all temprature controlled to guarantee the best quality.
Tasting Notes: Fine bubbles and a vigorous, persistant foam
Color – a shiny and slightly golden
Nose – The wine contains a large range of fruit aromas, supported by notes of flowers
Mouth – Its fine bubbles and its aromas of white flowers make it a sparkling wine of a perfect balance.
