Mouth – initially supple and fleshy, the black fruit of grapes picked at full maturity reveals to each vintage subtle aromas of cherry, vanilla, spices, game notes and eucalyptus. Long-term wine par excellence, it will be best to wait 5 to 8 years before tasting.
