Château La Croix Meunier Grand Cru
Varietal: 60% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Franc, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon
Wine Making: The grapes are harvested at perfect maturity, transported to the vats in bastes, and vinified in small tanks. During fermentation, marc is stirred up in order to obtain maximum concentration. The cuvaison lasts 2 to 3 weeks. Ageing during 12 months, 80% in oak barrels renewed every 3 years.
