Wine Making: Total eraflage, maceration (steeping) from 3 to 5 weeks and rigorous control of the temperatures during the fermentations
Aging: Mainly in stainless steel vats, partially in French oak barrels
Wine Tasting: Nice color. Rich and complex aromas with red and black fruits tones. Medium body with a supple texture. Well balanced with good tannins and nice aftertaste.
Ready to drink today, it will offer delightful over the next 2 or 3 years.
