Varietal: 75% Syrah 25% Grenache
Wine Making: The grapes are harvested at optimum maturity. They are then stalked.
Maceration from 18 to 20 days with a perfect control of the temperature and a gentle extraction of the various aromatic and polyphenolic compounds (reassembly and shedding).
Breeding – After the malolactic fermentation the wines are drawn twice and then assembled. They are then aged in vats for 8 months.
Tasting Notes:
Color – Deep red color with bright reflections
Nose – violets, red fruits, laurels.
Mouth – full-bodied, fruity, with a melted and balanced finish.
Food Pairing – white meats, grilled meats.
