Varietal: 60 % Grenache blanc, 20% Marsanne, 20% Roussane.
Wine Making: The grapes are harvested at optimum maturity.
They are then destemmed and macerate cold with a longer or shorter duration depending on the desired color intensity.
After a pressing adapted to the different grape varieties and a settling, the must ferments with a control of the temperatures to favor the expression of the fruit.
At the end of the alcoholic fermentation, the wines are racked twice and then assembled. They are then aged in cooling tanks for 4 months before bottling.
Tasting Notes:
Nose – It displays great elegance thanks to its scents of citrus (grapefruit) and white flowers.
Mouth – Great liveliness
