Varietal: 60% Gros-Manseng , 30% Petit-Manseng and 10% Courbu
Wine Making: The production is limited to 40 hectolitres for Jurançon and 70 hectolitres for dry Jurançon per hectare, this supports the quality of the grape.
The vine is cut with guyot double, it is led into haughty (its foliage can reach 2,30 m « 6 feet » in height).
Nose – aromas of candied fruit, cooked apple, lychee and vanilla. Perfect balance between freshness and creaminess
