Wine Making: Partially manual harvest of the harvest with sorting at the plot. Direct pressing, cold settling, temperature controlled fermentation. Early bottling to keep the freshness.
Tasting Notes: The aromas are complex and varied thanks to this blend of grape varieties with a strong personality. A final with persistent freshness.
