Harvest by hand, barrel and cement vats, ageing – 60% vats, 10% new barrels, 30% wine barrel and more
Tasting Notes: Smooth on entry with rich plumb fruit and notes of tobacco leaf bound together by the cabernet which adds a hint of herbs and gives structure to this wine.
Nose – ripe red and black fruit and some caramel notes.
Palate – suppleness, roundness and soft tannins and a touch of liveliness. A beautifully balanced blend
